**TIP** Please don't type your text all in capitals as it actually makes the text size smaller! We will always make the text as big as we can.

**We can't embroider all symbols in all fonts so please try not to include things like <3 or :) as we probably can't embroider it in the font you've chosen. We will email you if this is the case though**

Create Your Own Personalised Childrens T-Shirt Hoodie with our "Ballet Dancer Any Name" Design

(Our example shows the pale blue t-shirt hoodie with the name in hot pink and Marker Felt font)

This hoodie is available in many colours and sizes and is made from 100% cotton and is lightweight, so similar to a t-shirt.

Please turn garments inside out when washing and wash at 40 degrees maximum. DO NOT Iron over the transfer and DO NOT Tumble Dry. When garments are first washed they may shrink and fade a little but this is normal and happens to most clothing of this type

We use printed vinyl and is heat applied to the front of the hoodie only.

Please complete the different sections below to create your own personalised hoodie. Not all fonts are available on all products and the longer the name the smaller the text size will be. Please take time in choosing the hoodie and text colour, you want to choose contrasting colours, so obviously don't choose red for the name if you want the red hoodie or choose the black hoodie for a design which has lots of black in it!

All personalisation is included and UK Delivery is also FREE. We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods like Christmas.

NB:- Due to varying screen resolutions and devices the colours you see on your screen won't be an exact match and may vary to those of the actual item and may also vary when printed. We try to show the designs and colours of items as best we can so should be a close match, some colours may appear brighter on screen than what they actually print out like.

UK Postal Services

FREE UK Delivery - All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked or Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and Signed, therefore a signature might be required and should arrive within 2 to 3 working days, this isn't guaranteed and might take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas. You will receive the tracking number via email and or to your mobile number if provided on the day it is dispatched. Orders are usually sent out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas). We can not ask for parcels to be left in a specific place, this needs to pre-arranged between you and Royal Mail by filling in details for a safe place for your address. If a signature is required, then it won't be left.

Priority Dispatch Two Working Day Delivery - ONLY £2.95 per order, depending on the size of your order, item(s) will be dispatched via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked and Signed or a Courier. Orders must be placed before 4pm i.e order before 4pm on a Monday and your order will arrive on Wednesday. You will receive the tracking number via email or to your mobile number if provided.

We DO NOT ship outside the UK at this time.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free within the UK and will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked, Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked & Signed or a courier depending on order size. This is the best option for non-urgent orders. If a signature is required, then this can not be left in a safe place. We also can't specify a safe place for the parcel to be left, as this has to be setup by you with Royal Mail. Large orders will be sent via a courier, and we normally use UPS or Parcelforce. For more urgent orders, Priority Dispatch Two working day delivery is only £2.95 per order and orders must be placed before 4pm. If you order before 4pm on a Wednesday, then it will arrive on the Friday. They are sent Royal Mail 24hr Tracked & Signed. All customers will receive tracking details via email and or to your mobile number if provided.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes, if you choose Priority Dispatch Two working day delivery then you can choose which day you would like your order delivered. Please stated this in the message box provided if you would like us to hold your order back. You can order in advance as far as 90 days. You will receive a tracking number by email and or to your mobile number if provided so you can track your parcel and can see when it has been delivered, which is useful if you have sent it as a gift. We can't specify delivery on a Saturday or Sunday but sometimes orders sent via Tracked 24hr are delivered over the weekend.

Can I put your items in the washing machine?

Please read the relevant item descriptions, as we have different washing instructions for different items, as some are hand wash only.

Can I just buy a personalised top?

I’m afraid you can only design your own top if it goes on one of our bears, as we cannot sell the personalised tops on their own. However if you have purchased one of our bears and would like some spare tops, then please contact us, as we can do this.

Do you sell at wholesale?

We do not sell to trade. We do however offer promotional bears for companies at competitive prices and there is no minimum order, so we can cater for schools, nurseries, small and large companies and charities too. We can even print your own graphic designs on bears for you to sell in your shop or add to hampers or gift baskets or even nappy cakes. Large orders can take 2-4 weeks to be made and sent out, as we usually need to order the bears in for larger orders. Please contact us with details of any tight deadlines, as we still might be able to help or suggest an alternative bear, which we have in stock or can order in quicker. If you would like to order a large quantity of any of our other products eg. drawstring bags, mugs or towels, then please contact us for our best price.

I‘m after a particular printed image / embroidered design?

Please drop us an email if you are looking for an embroidered design not already in our Bear Design Tool as we may have something suitable in our large collection of embroidered designs. Due to copyright and licencing laws we cannot embroider or print any licenced characters or brand logos as we don’t have their permission. We can also not embroider photos or images emailed into us as they have to be digitized. However we can print photos and you can upload these onto one of our medium printed bears via the Design Tool. You can also create your own design to go on one of the small printed bears, so can upload your own graphic that you have created or maybe a child's drawing that you have scanned or saved.

Are your bears safe for children?

Yes all our items have been made to the highest quality and have the CE mark and have been tested to EN71 safety standards. Most items are suitable for ages 3+ and some are suitable from birth. The appropriate age is mentioned in each products description.

Can I return an item for a refund?

Personalised and made to order items are exempt from the distance selling regulations and cannot be returned for a refund if you change your mind. If you feel that the item is faulty then please contact us to discuss further. If the item(s) are non-personalised / made to order items then yes they can be returned for a refund, we must be contacted within 14 days of receiving the order. The card and cotton tags, hanger or any other packaging can’t have been removed or damaged and must be returned in the brand new condition that it was sent to you in. Return postage costs are direct costs and can not be refunded. A refund will be given within 30 days.

I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

If we haven’t started making your order, then yes you can cancel, please contact us straight away if you change your mind. If we have already made your order and dispatched it, then I’m afraid it’s too late to cancel.

Can you not include an invoice in the box?

Yes, if sending as a gift, please make sure the billing and delivery addresses are different, so we know it is a gift and we will then not include an invoice.

Do you offer a gift wrap service?

Yes we do offer a gift wrap service, which is £4.95 per order. The order will be wrapped in cellophane wrapping and a coloured pull bow will be added to the top. You can order our Gift Wrapping Service for your bear here https://www.readyteddygo.co.uk/teddy-bear-accessories/gift-wrapping.html by selecting which cellophane design and colour of pull bow you would like us to use and also enter a message in the text box provided of your choice to be printed on the back or our gift tag. We also offer some gift box sets, whereby the items are packaged in a gift box of your choice and an optional gift message.

Can I collect my order?

No sorry we don't allow collections. We are not a shop, so don't allow any visitors.

Do you accept orders over the phone?

No sorry we can't take orders over the phone. We can offer help and advice over the phone though if you should need it. We also have an online chat service.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online merchant Stripe as well as ApplePay and GooglePay and you can also pay via Paypal with or without a Paypal account. If you would like to pay with Amex then you should be able to via Paypal but you need to select the "Don't have a Paypal account option" We accept bank transfer for large orders only.

Can you ship outside the UK?

No sorry, we no longer ship outside the UK.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to get all orders sent out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas) If choosing standard free delivery then your order should arrive within 2 to 3 working days (Mon to Fri) from when your order was dispatched NOT placed. If you have ordered before the 4pm cut-off time for priority dispatch two working day delivery then it will arrive on the next day after it has been dispatched i.e. order before 4pm on a Monday and it will arrive Wednesday and so on and will be delivered by Royal Mail or a Courier for larger orders.

I can't see the personalisation details in my basket?

If you can't see any personalisation details in your basket, then I'm afraid you haven't added them correctly. You will be shown red *** next to any sections that haven't been filled in and are required and you will be still on this page if information is missing. You are automatically taken to checkout after the design or product has been ordered. If you have any questions re best font or colours to use then we are online to help. We also mention in most item descriptions, which font and colour were used in our example.
